Friendly staff, traditional experience, excellent food, enjoyable onsen, shuttle service.
All was perfect.

The staff were friendly and provided great service during my business trip. The beds were comfortable and the onsen experience was enjoyable, with the added bonus of it being almost private. The food was delicious and offered a range of traditional dishes. the shuttle service provided to the nearby city center was very convenient for exploration.
The decor of the hotel needs a little update, especially in the shared spaces which appeared a bit jaded. The location was a little far from the main attractions, making walking to the city center quite a distance.

The authentic Japanese experience offered at this ryokan was truly incredible! The staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating, ensuring that all traditional elements were provided, including yukatas and fantastic Japanese meals. The onsen experience was another highlight, with both indoor and outdoor options available. the shuttle service offered by the ryokan was very convenient.
One of the biggest downsides to this traditional ryokan was its distance from the city center. Without a car, it would be difficult to explore the town and experience the local culture.

The hotel facilities were beautiful, and the cleanliness standards were exceptional. Located in a quiet suburb, this ryokan offers comfortable beds and attentive service. Guests can enjoy a variety of traditional dishes, including the local delicacy, and unwind in the hot onsen. Rooms are adorned with tatami mats and well-kept bathrooms.
The lobby and shared spaces are old-fashioned and could benefit from a renovation.
